I visited the property for less time only but faced many hurdle in my small visit.Starting from checkin the person over the counter asked for payment inspite of me making the payment later he provided the key and told to check about payments during checkout.On entering the room AC remote was asked by me which was not provided till the end.No soap/shampoo in bathroom,dirt towel was kept instead of doormat.Single towel was provided for two guests.Room was not even having any drinking water for guests.Till the time of checkout the person was not make out the payment details so he clicked photos from my mobile of payment details.Needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel was unhygienic and very bad. We reached 11.30 pm had informed them to keep room ready and still they provided room which was not clean dirty. We were supposed to leave at 9 am in morning for pooja but there was no water in hotel in all rooms since night and in morning. There was no water in any of the tap not in flush too. It was horrible as many customers were completing . After so much shout they arranged 1 bucket of water for each room . It was horrible experience overall. There is no maintenance done in hotel. There are alot but cantb descibe all here.

Pretty decent property for a work stay. This infact is my second stay and haven't found an issue that needs to be called out. Clean linen and good proximity for commute if you're staying in the south side of Bengaluru.

I booked for today. but after reaching there I didn't see nobody . I didn't get any room . I want my money back. I had to book another hotel . my money was loss what I paid to this hotel
