Copper Leaf Hotels - Tirunelveli

The hotel is quite new and sparkling clean. The room is very spacious with clean rest rooms with all kits provided. The beds, worktable and all were comfortable and felt premium. The restaurant has both veg and non-veg cuisines separately and i tried veg at Saravana bhavan restaurant and it was simply brilliant. There were no amenities that i could see or use at the hotel. For the price i found it a little expensive and missing the value for the price quotient.what i did not like - i reached the hotel very early in the morning like 7 am due to my itinerary and requested for early check in and was denied one even though rooms were very much available. I was told it was chargeable at around 2500 INR. Which i felt was unreasonable given my stay was short like 7 am to 7 pm...where i will be using room only for 5 to 6 hours and other time i had to attend a marriage and temple visits. Also while checking out i had to rush due to my train timings and i informed receptionists well in advance to arrange for bills and check room for any snack usage and let me know the outstanding, so that i can check out faster. on the contrary that request was denied as well and i had to come down and wait in the queue for my turn to complete formalities, when charging for a room for a night, one expect enough staffs at the counter to meet the rush...so i was quite annoyed with the manager or owners response as he intervened and said they are taking care of other guests who are just checking in and i must wait and the chat goes like manager says i am from chennai to the other guest and asked where is he from!. The other guest was barely responding. i called the reservation (manager) for 2 days prior to booking to check availability and possibility for early check in and every time he mentioned he will call back shortly after checking , i never received any call back.If every guest is treated the same way, i prefer to stay and recommend this to friends in future. Else for the attitude a big no from my side to this hotel.

it is a new building and just started one year ago. present team is running it professionally. fully satisfied. excellent mix of multi cuisine complementary breakfast. located near a major nh. nearby many alternatives for a traveler needs. we will stay here only whenever visiting southern cities. copper leaf photos

Hotel has good food options near by. Very clean hotel with good rooms.
