Hotel Cordelia Inn | Swimming Pool & Spa

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a disastrous experience with this hotel property. Despite paying the complete amount, we were forced to cancel our stay due to the hotel's glaring oversight - NO PARKING FACILITIES. This crucial information was not disclosed during the booking process, and when we brought it to the hotel management's attention, they showed a shocking lack of responsibility. To make matters worse, the locals in the area were hostile towards tourists, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The hotel's indifference to this issue was appalling. Since we couldn't stay at the hotel due to their blunder, we demand a FULL REFUND of our payment. It's unacceptable for the hotel to retain our money when they failed to provide the basic amenities they promised. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. We expect a prompt refund and a formal apology for this unacceptable experience. .

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. There were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. First of all, the swimming pool was in poor condition — it didn’t look clean and seemed poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a serious water shortage during my stay. The taps weren’t working properly, and water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to shower or use the bathroom comfortably. To make things worse, some of the electric switches in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my devices or use some of the lights. Overall, the basic amenities were not up to standard, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

The hotel was average but the pricing per room was too high according to facilities,this location for who love to trek and want to climb not for everyone and hotel staff was good but that day we reached the hotel till that no room service or cleaning for the day we checked out ,I tell the receptionist please clean the room,but nothing happen, overall experience was average location is good but price and service not that much 😕

Hotel location was excellent. Room was quite above expectation. Service of staff was good. The food was tasty. Plus point to stay in this hotel is their open terrace cafe with ganga river view. But they had very little food option to serve from menu & also timings of restaurant was little odd as they would not serve food/milk for kids before 8:30 am.
