in general a good hotel. However, I had few complaints during my stay at the hotel; the help desk person is not quick in response, every time I only had to call back again for my query resolution. Whatever complimentary services they mention in booking document, they don't provide happily, I have faced issues with my complimentary laundry service and complimentary Mock tail. The have very limited and very expensive options for daytime veg snacks for order. They have removed couple of services/amenities compared to my earlier stay in last year; like they used to provide complimentary airport pickup and drop and they also had straightening machines in their room earlier. My room was not cleaned till 4 pm; I was shocked as I had left early and came back early for a quick nap but my room was not done and when asked they had some weird excuses.

It was a good stay, Excellent varieties of food in buffet dinner and breakfast, Clean rooms, very average indoor pool. The only thing I don't like is they charge extra for a third person in a room apart from your booking & pay for a room for three persons. Still, they ask you to pay at check-in for a third person. Extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

Bad experienced Don't Book because Some staff like local hotels they come to you n ask mam dinner included in package or what that means they don't have data even you registered at restaurant before dinner ....other staff at front desk can't understand medical emergency situation. ignoring about our refund of 2 remaining days. not 5 star it's 2 star Hotel

read all reviews , ignored all negative reviews but now I have experience that all negative reviews are completely true. and I feel this property is very good but very badly managed , they do not value their customers and their time. i consider this below average property, will not recommend.

Very bad experience, very bad check-in process It took almost 45 mins to check in at the hotel Staff kept us waiting on the counter for the process Smaller room size, bathroom was not good it didn't get locked properly anyone can open it from outside

Hotel is great and well maintained. However ambience lags a bit in its segment. Rooms are cozy but interior lags finishing touch. Breakfast is good. Price does not justify the experience. For business and nearby stay purpose it is great.

The service was extremely pathetic. We asked for towels they came after almost 25 mins. The food was also below average. Not worth price thats for sure. Apart from infrastructure nothing was upto 5 star category. Not recommended at all.

Worst experience... service is like 0...After checking into the Hotel no one was there to bring our luggage to the Room... Food quality ok ok and Rooms also were not upto the mark ... Will not recommend it

All good but swimming pool was with full of chlorine and one can even not take proper breath over there, no changing room and bath shower also out of order. Food quality and room cleanliness is superb 👌
