Managers were welcoming. However, the room wasn't clean when we arrived there. The dustbin was full and the floor was dirty. when we complained, they said that their cleaner has absconded and that's why the rooms are in that condition. They cleaned the floor but the washroom was still dirty and the Dustbin was still full even after asking them to clean it twice. All in all we were quite disappointed. We somehow spent the night there. Just a feedback for the owners that they should be a little more conscious about their property. When we were leaving we gave them this same feedback and they assured us that on our next visit we would not face the same problems but I'm sceptical and doubt if I will visit again.

Worst experience. Power was not there and the owner assured that it will be fine in 1 hour. Myself and others waited until 11pm. Not resolved. There is no one in the reception. Its always empty. To call him my mobile was switched off. Everyone was troubled and they are still allowing the booking. Next day i went to a restaurant, put charge . The owner refused to give the refund. With the help of goibibo and my insisting he agreed finally. Worst experience.

Simple and nice property, sufficient space for beds and gallery. Views from terrace are nice, you can view janki setu river bank side path ways and majority of rishikesh city bird eye view.

Solo Travelers, please keep in mind, you may be alotted room with any family too. There is no activity to do in the hostel. It is like a hotel.
