.review:negatives 1. no welcome drink as mentioned in booking 2. no mini bar items kept in room as mentioned in booking. when asked hotel they provided 1. balaji wafers packet of rs. 10/- small terta pack (150 ml) mango drink and 3. small biscuit packet costing rs. 10/-. imagine how insulting it is for 3 persons in room. 4. similarly 1 water bottle for 3 of us. 5.no mattress offered for 3rd person, only one extra blanket provided. upon asking extra pillow was also not provided. 6. we told in advance that we will be checking out early morning 4.15, but at 3.30 there was no water available in wash room, we could not take bath, could not brush and could not use toilet even. we informed this thing at reception and we were told that they have started pump and water will be available in 10 minutes, but water was not there until we check out.positives 1.clean room and toilet

Had an amazing stay at Hotel wonder cliff. First of all kudos to GM(Shailesh) and Daya for being helpfull and giving personalise touch to everything. They were welcoming & assisted us with udaipur culture/info/suggestion as well. Had a great time chatting with them. Rooms were decently big, clean at the price point, food & hospitality was good. They had sanitizers at all important points. The hotel is located near to city centre and had a good rooftop restaurant with a sunrise view that is mesmerizing. Recommend this to everyone who visits udaipur in future. Keep up the good work guys :) A sense of security, good hospitality and restaurant at the rooftop

I have choose best hotel that hotelwondercliff #superb hospitality#well hygienic food and service staff #food was awesome specially taste and presentation so incredible. kanhi bhi restaurant so lovely and I have enjoyed a lots here. every staff were weared mask and glove and every time checked properly to all guest who visit hotels. I would like to suggest please visit and stay once... specially hotel GM Mr shailesh Jaiswal was very friendly... and take care nature ...

Do not expect 3 star hotel. its a 2 star hotel with very small room. room was not clean and water was coming out of toilet pot in bathroom.(1st time seen in my entire life, not even in dharmahala or hostel life) never seen such dirty bathroom and service. charging very high for water bottle and dinner. and service is super slow.

the room was nice and clean. the people at the reception were extremely helpful and humble. just have 1 complaint, the bathroom for queen room was very conjusted and small. for a healthy person i think that would be a little difficult for him to walk around their. but overall it was a good stay and recommendable

we have one day stay. The room is clean and well organised. The staff is very attentive and cooperative. The room is equipped with a geyser and kettle. parking is available. We haven't tried but they have a rooftop restaurant. The location is good. Overall a very good experience.

Room was in Great condition with all relevant facilities. Washroom was very much clean. Hotel staff was friendly and polite in nature. Also, I want to mention as their rooftop restorent is super with super food quality.
