The worst hotel stay experience. No wi fi, No AC, No ventilation in the room, heavy suffocation, drinking water made available from bathroom, geyser switched off from reception in December, room booked with breakfast but not even tea was served/available, staff highly rude and non-responsive, nearby more than 25 better hotels available at 40 to 60% rate of this hotel. The room is not even worth Rs.500/- per night.

I booked along with breakfast and they are telling breakfast will get after 9 am & normally its a policy of Crown Inn for breakfast with no tea( don't have facility here). I came here for business meeting, now they want me to wait till 9:30 am or 10 am. Better i should go outside. 1 star for service.

the room is okay, but they have open ventilators and the bedsheets had cigarette smoking holes, not that much clean as expected white to be. no bulbs in the room, only one central light. not good cleanliness.

Value for money but could be better and staff is gentle and polite the area is totally safe,don’t fall for anything the locals are saying about the area.

please refund my full booking amount, the room is not in liveable condition, there was no geyser in the bathroom. The room is facing seepage all around
