Hotel was neat and clean. It was above expectation. Staff was polite. Only building construction looks old from outside as hotel is situated in society. But from inside hotel is wonderful. Its situated on main lighting point from where you can get Auto for Embessey, airport, main markets like linking road and hill road. Distance to US embessey is only 15 mins via Auto. Conclusion is hotel is very neat and clean. Geyser was working. But the main thing hotel don't have their own kitchen but you can irder foor via zomato and swiggy they too deliver upto your room. Just you have to mention your room number and floor in adress. Hotel is very similar to the photos mentioned on goibibo. I booked via goibibo it costs me approx 2500 per night for 3 adults ( extra matress included). Thank you Hotel staff was cooperative, polite, and soft spoken. Hotel was neat and clean. Similar to photos on goibibo.

Excellent AC family room for 2 adult, near to bandra local station. Very polite staff. Well ventilated, spacious, with attached bathroom. All basic amenities available like - AC, Geyser, big window for fresh air, 5x6 queen size bed, wardrobe, TV etc. You can order veg/nonveg food also. We are pure veg so did not ordered any for but there are good veg restaurant outside within 500m. Thanks Crystal Inn and keep it up.

Building is old, but inside they maintained the property well A bit over priced, and it’s okay looking at the location We have arrived 2hr early, and they allowed us for check in Lucky restaurant is there just 200m away, so you can get all food items Rooms are very clean, staffs are courteous I booked it only for one day, afterwards looking at the service I extended for one more day

My parents and I stayed there. Its clean, comfortable, new, good service, friendly reception, simple and beautiful deco. The locations is in a peaceful surrounding and easy to book cabs. Ideal for three people to stay in the triple room. Good breakfast and coffee. Silent, comfortable beds and good AC made sure that we slept well.

Nice place..Rooms(bit small in size) and Washroom are cleans and Tidy.Nice place to stay near Bandra Station.I gave stayed multiple times here.Staff is nice and polite and very helpful.They also allow outside food delivery in room( Swiggy and Zomato etc). Overall a nice place to stay.
