while the stay at Hotel was good we would like to highlight the services from their restaurant as a ruiner. They served evening tea after much delay at their restaurant and that too prepared with burnt milk. we ordered pasta and simple khichdi for in room dining and both were a disaster. khichdi has raw vegetables and no taste. it was served after 2 reminder almost a wait of 2 hrs in the night. By the time it got served at 10:30 pm , my family was asleep. Hotel must look into these feedback and improve their Restaurant services. Rest everything was good.Hotel's Location is also good as it's next to pantaloon and Westside and reliance making a quick shopping at ease.

Everything was good about the hotel.Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated with all the modern amenities.It was asthetically very pleasing to the eye.We stayed in the club room and we got a balcony for ourselves which was a plus.The bathroom was very clean and spacious with all the essentials provided.The staff was very friendly and helpful.They are well trained I must say. The only problem we faced was with the food served for dinner.The price was high as expected as it is a three star property but the taste and quality was below standard.We called some guests over and they were not satisfied as well with the food.

Tezpur was a one day visit for me along with my wife. The hotel is well located with all shops and amenities around. The staff behaviour was wonderful and the rooms were very good. Only issue is that in spite of not fully occupied they gave us twin room which have door connectivity with adjacent room. This is a privacy issue and should be avoided as much possible. Rest all was great!!
