It's in a good location, interior is good, but reception staff needs to be a bit polite and professional. Room hygiene must be maintained, when we checked ot commode was dirty, room flooring was not cleaned, other guest stuff was there in fridge and used slippers we lying on flooring. Service needs to be focused on. No one to pick your luggage.

everything was good ,but only thing we did not like which was major fault ,was of sink. Sink in bathroom stinked a lot !Hotel staff sprayed bathroom but that worked only for 2hrs. It was so bad that ,gutter smell was spreading in entire room.We had to keep towel on it to decrease smell.

Location was amazing with best nature view. Staff was more homely than commercial. Pleasant, peaceful environment throughout stayed. Food is tasty and hygienic with bold and beautiful surrounding of tomato restaurant.

The room was not clean, with a lot of dust, and a torn towel was provided. There were frequent power cuts during the night, and the worst part was that we had to switch the AC on manually each time the power went out.

Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms had: Dusty air, Bedsheet and pillowcovers dirty, Washrooms not clean, Service too slow, Wifi password not provided, Balcony not accessible. Not worth the cost!
