Overall pleasant and helpful staff. Good on cleanliness. Where it does not score very highly is the location which on the GPS was a little difficult to get. No restaurant attached is a big disadvantage although the staff were nice enough to get food for me from outside. Amenities in terms of TV and Wifi need attention. Frequent disconnections of Tatasky and internet was a bit of a putoff. Overall nice, cozy place, but needs to upgrade amenities.

Very luxurious hotel... neat and clean rooms. good customer service. i stayed in this hotel when i had my Bank PO Interview at Andhra Bank HQ in koti, it was very near. Finally I am writing this review Now because I got Andhra bank PO(Asst Manager) job. such a sentiment hotel to me.. i will stay at this hotel when ever i come to Hyderabad. 5 Stars for this hotel in the matter of everything. Awesome Hotel

Hotel and rooms are clean. Nice hotel to stay. Service is good. Mr pradeep dutt from hotel management is a very genuine person, helped us a lot explaining about local sight seeing, they are also helping physically challenged persons which is a very noble deed. Front desk guys needs to improve about their behaviour. Overall a pleasant stay, would definately like to visit again.

very very worst hotel . superior treating customer very badly. no food . no water . no power. Zero customer service. telephone not working. not at all worth to stay . no safety for ladies . bad smell in the room .if you guys want to stay safely. pls pls don't recommend any body this hotel . high risk for you and your family person . water not coming. all negative only.

I believe they don’t have a kitchen,but they arranged to get us a parcel,basic things like tea also had to bought from outside,house keeping should be upgraded as we had given keys to them while going out in the morning,but our rooms where not ready while we returned late afternoon.either than that the hotel is wheelchair friendly rooms are good.

Rooms are very clean and cozy. All rooms are non smoking rooms so smokers beware. They should keep breakfast as a part of package as they dont lay breakfast they have any particular dish and tea. So paying for breakfast seems not worthy. If food and smokes are kept aside its a perfect hotel.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious. However, there is no availability of food. Even tea is also not available. You have to request desk and they will get it purchase from nearby shop.

TV IS NOT WORKING, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT INSIDE THE HOTEL we paid for inclusion of breakfast but they brought from out side of the hotel which is worst. after complaint also they have not even responded.

Mr Chandrashekar at the reception was extremely helpful. Rooms are very good, spacious and clean. No restaurant is a draw back. The lane is slightly inside. But overall definitely worth the stay time

Services can be enhanced.Channels in Tata Sky were not subscribed. Even after complaining, it was not rectified. However, Hotel is clean and well maintained. I recommend for short stays!
