I booked my stay and when i went there, they say they are not doing online reservations for 2-3 years. I contacted the number on voucher and it connected to Mumbai. They tried calling the property, but no answer. Customer service sent me the contact number and a location. he didn't pickup the phone 4 times, and location was pointing to Idgah Bus Stand. My family was at roadside for 1 hour after 2 hours train journey. The property photo seems too old as you can see current condition of hotel. Hotel Taj is at 32 Model Town, and Laurette is at 31. I have taken these pics so you can make sure its same hotel as shown in photos posted by property.4th Class hotel with 5th class people

he hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
