Located in main market area of Zarkawt so good to take a walk around, explore the city and many options of dining including Mizo food. In spite the rooms are quite and not noisy. Hotel manager Dolly is a gem, she upgraded us to a bigger and better room as we booked wasn't available even offered us a room to freshen up later. Only problem is the plumbing. I guess it is because the hotel is very old. hope they fix it. Else everything was great.

it was a decent stay and peaceful environment. very easy to reach the destination and very friendly owner named dolly. she is soo helpful and can talk in both english and hindhi. the smell from the kitchen was slightly irritating for initial days and few flying are coming out during night. but overall it is situated in a prime location of aiswal and a must recommend stay for everyone.

I had worst experience in hotel.Young girls at desk or room service... always concerned with their mobile..Very poor service...no cleanliness... Moreover I was forced to make payment for room tariff despite having fully paid in advance..Pathetic experience

horrible checkin done in my life. no person in the reception. no one bother of anything in this hotel. they even forget they provided me lunch even they don't know food price.

Best hotel in Town with delicious food. Hotel staff were superb. The food is Best you can get anywhere. They have provided airport pickup also at discounted price.

Their Hotel is in the heart of the city - Chanmari. Centrally located. Owner Ms Dolly is very attentive and personally she ensures our comforts and requirements.

I have booked hotel on 7th sept for 18th to 21st sept,but when I reach on 18th for check Inn. The receptionists inform that they don't have any room .
