Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, I only stayed overnight. While the hotel may look appealing with all its bells and whistles, the reality was far from it. Hygiene was a major issue. The room was in a terrible state — the bed sheets and pillow covers hadn’t been changed from the previous guest and were covered in dust and hair. The room was infested with spiders, webs, and mosquitoes. I had to stay with my one-year-old son, and he was badly bitten. Housekeeping was pathetic; even the drinking glasses in the room were dirty. Room service was decent, but the food was below expectations. The Shahi Paneer tasted like paneer dipped in sugar syrup — totally off. The khichdi was the only dish that was good. The chicken tikka was extremely dry and disappointing. Pricing is unjustified. For ₹2500 per night, what you get is far below acceptable standards. The only positives were the parking facility and the lobby area — that's it. Definitely not recommended for families. I will not be staying here again. Stay at your own risk.

This was especially distressing as I was traveling with my one-year-old son, who ended up getting bitten multiple times. Housekeeping was extremely poor. Even the basic amenities like glasses weren’t cleaned. While the room service staff were polite and responsive, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The Shahi Paneer tasted like paneer in sugar syrup. On the other hand, the khichdi was good. Unfortunately, the chicken tikka was very dry and lacked flavor. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for families, and I will definitely not be returning.

Very good hotel located on main road. Service was good. Rooms are well made and spacious and have all required amenities. There was a good AC, kettle, fridge, geyser, flat TV. Nice clean washroom. Just the shower wasn’t good enough. There are around 10 steps at entrance and then lift in hotel.

Hotel location is perfect on Highway, Staff is very helping of every department. Rooms are good and clean but bedsheets were not clean properly One thing they just have to improve is stop giving tea in disposable cups with breakfast. Its safe and secure hotel

Very nice hotel situated in peaceful area . The Manager Mr Manohar assist me quite well and he is very supportive in all manner . Love to come back here if gets chance Calm and comfort is what a traveller need . Wonderful stay .

The card to unlock room never worked. For all entries into the room, master key was sought from hotel management. And inspite of telling them about the faulty card, the hotel management made no effort to rectify it.

Rooms are spacious and clean but room service & breakfast spread is very poor. They take atleast one hour to serve food at dinner time. Also no room service after 11pm
