DD SUITES

I have booked it after 8 PM and reached hotel at 8.30, till 9 PM they have asked to wait on reception as the room was not ready, I have waited for 45 mins then they have asked me to check-in in 401 and they told me that they have upgraded my room to suit room, but room was not ready then I was asked to go to room 301 which was also not ready dirty pillows are there, bed sheet was also messy stains are at walls, flies are in room and floor was also dirty, after 15 mins of more cleaning room was somehow manageable, amenities like towel and soap was provided after I have asked them, there was complimentary welcome drink which was not served. There was a wedding in the hotel all night they were playing loud music and there was knocking on the door. Overall the stay was average.

Poor service.. Ac did not work .. then changed Room they know the situation don't know why they gave that room to me ... rude behaviour.. wait 45 min for check in .. already mentioned 12 o clock at reception she said 2 PM... bathroom not Clean .. leakage in wash basin... good Quality is Poor in breakfast given too oily poori .. No parking Space.. Not picked up call on restaurant 😔 The room is not working... horrible experience with hotel like hi kuch nh h

After check-in we faced so many problems like no electricity, lift not working whole time during my stay room service poor we were attended after the repeated call on the second floor a party organized by the owner as stated by staff too much sound of DJ disturbing us we could not get rest till 11 pm. We requested much time to stop the sound, owner has no manners to make their customer happy.

Poor service.. bad room .. bathroom was not Clean... Ac not worked ... changed my room after too many complaints. catle not worked in room .. after complaint not changed.. Food Quality Poor.. too oily poori given at the time of breakfast... no buffet for breakfast also
