The personel of the hotel were extremely helpful when we entered at around midnight. The hotel lacks lift. The location of the hotel is a bit clumsy and the area is extremely dirty. Breakfast choice is very limited... one has to depend on food delivery persons to get food of choice.

The rooms are nice and cozy however they are lesser in size. Bathrooms were neat and clean. 1 star less because of the check in experience as the reception guy had to call up somebody else to check on systems if my booking is reflecting at their end or not.

Very poor accommodation, full room was stinking, bed sheet, floor, bathroom nothing was proper. Leakage from ceiling as well. Many hotels available at this rate. they show also show false pictures. Sorry i didint took any photos.

The rooms were extremely smelly, no complimentary breakfast or even basic utilities like shampoo or soap were available. Plus, stains on bedsheet and damp blankets made it even worse. There were a lot of bugs as well

clean, nice and economic hotel at a good location near versova and the staff is also helpful the reception guy Krishna was also very helpful will definitely stay here next time as well

We had a great stay here in De classico hotel, the amenities and services are best here.. and the staff is very friendly Mr. Krishna served us with all the facilities.

The hotel is located in a slum and access is not easy. There are no restaurants or chemists others necessities shops around. Not for families.
