The hotel does not have its own restaurant. They get the food from outside and you have no other option. They dont allow Swiggy or others to deliver - which means that if you want to eat in your room, you are forced to eat their stuff, which is ok but nothing great. The mattresses on the bed was very bouncy and uncomfortable - gave us terrible back and body pain. Need to seriously look into this. Service quality is not satisfactory - we asked for spoons, sheets and a couple of other things during our stay here - they assured us that they would send it, but inspite of reminders they didnt. That's not how you serve your guests. The bathroom showers need replacement - they do not provide a shower at all, as they are clogged. The AC works fine and so does the hot water heater. Other than that, this is an average place to stay.

I was about to rate it 4 star. However, the receptionist quickly took my phone and changed it to five star. This felt like cheating and an insult. Woul not stay at this place again. Otherwise, the hotel is good. The staff are very well behaved. They made the stay pleasant. Rooms are nice. A recommended stay in Kakinada, only if they stop being extremely smart.
