De Royale Montana Hotel and Resort

it's a good property, at a good location, just before the kukke subramaniya temple. (5kms from kukke subramaniya temple). property was well maintained, clean. rooms were clean but the bathroom could have been maintained better (a couple tiles were cracked and the jet spray was leaky) other than that no problem with the room. but their room service is a bit problematic. food was good, but then we called the provided number 3 times before we had to go and place the order for dinner at the restaurant because no one came to take order from the room(as they kept saying they'll send someone) and no menu was provided in the rooms. even after going and placing the order, they fulfilled the order after more than an hour, (after we called them 4 times). room service really needs improvement. otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Take it as a genuine review, if you going for a temple visit rating 100/100 just ask at reception and meet Prem he will arrange your visits easily and reasonably, Prem will fulfill all the needs whatever you need follow up on my ratings staffs friendly 5/5 The food bit expensive but very tasty 4/5 hotel equipment rating 3/5 washroom exhaust won't work. Smoking guys, please be careful Family entertainment is available at 1st Fooler all in all 4.5 /5

The hotel is located around 6 kms from kukke subramanya. Rooms are kept clean and view from balcony is nice. You can indulge in a walk around the property and also play some board games. Some of dishes mentioned in the restaurant menu are not available.

we booked a premium suite for 4 people and upon visit, we had to change the booking to 2 rooms coz of the poor design. rooms are clean, however food was bad. i don't think it's worth travelling out of kukke city this far to enjoy the experience.
