Hotel Debdutta

Management behaved well. Service is good. Food is in time and delicious and healthy also. Try Debdutta Special Chicken once! I'll request management to clean window-side garbage (other's property I know) and cean the walls regularly. Price low that doesn't mean it should be dirty but of minimum facilities. Cleanliness is average. But my equest to all guest not to make nuisance activities in the accommodation. Some guest spit on the wall, break decoration, they smoke on the bed and burn pillows, please don't polish shoe with towel. If every guest do the same how will they manage or wash it? It coats higher and they will increase the rate! Think! We people use it. We pay for it. Think, here is no private accomodation in entire Coochbehar, where will we stay at night? Please! Need both side coordination! In case management is bad we have option or right to review but management doesn't has the same option. Please! We like to watch super clean hotel rooms in movies and dream for it but when we get chance to stay there we make it dirty! We shout how clean other countries are but we never shout on us! That's why our country is not so clean like their one. I have been travelling all over India for 19 years, I have experienced both side pain. Please! Think!

Fraudulent Charges! I experienced overcharging for food on my Memu card. They failed to provide any information during my stay and presented the bill at checkout. For instance, packaged drinking water has an MRP of Rs. 20, but they charged me Rs. 25 plus 18% GST. I regret not addressing this sooner—shame on me for being an MBA! 😉 Cleanliness Issues! The room was only cleaned once during my five-day stay, leaving it dirty. They did not remove food plates until the next order and neglected to clean the table. Additionally, there was garbage visible and smelling right next to my window. Beware! I had read a similar review before booking but chose to ignore it, which I now regret. Some staff members would ring the doorbell, pretending to clean the room, but then would suddenly start massaging. If you decline, they persistently ask for money. If you refuse again, they will follow you on road after checkout! This was the most horrible experience I've ever had!

I have gone out of my work after submitting my room key at reception keeping my wrist watch at bed. After coming back from my work at late evening could not find my wrist watch. So be alert with the room cleaning boys.
