It's located in prime location.you can get prepaid auto from railway station cost around Rs 40 and also u can catch bus from there.its near to old bus stand and KSRTC bus stand is walkable distance and lot of hotels and all amenities near by and you can get online food delivery like Swiggy and fepper.rooms are clean and neat and checkin and out was smooth and fastly and well customer service and It was nice and it is safe to stay with family and I visited there and stayed for 5 days

the experience was amazing. the hotel, the location, staff and the room was better than what we expected. We had a great stay. The staff were courteous and polite, AC was working fine, so was the TV. The linen was clean too. Enjoyed each other's company without any problems at the hotel. Checkin experience was good and hassle free

The stay is comfortable and staff are very cooperative and understanding.. I came to explore the city and they guide me how to travel and listed out places to explore.. this is situated between the city which convenient to travel.. Do visit the hotel as it good, clean and makes ur trip Amazing.

Location is within 2 Kms from Kasaragod Railway Station. Cleanliness especially of the bathroom was poor. The Bed provided was so rough (I booked a double room and got two single beds joined together with a space between them). There were no basic amenities.

Deira City Residency is situated in the city centre of Kasaragod. Very comfortable, descent lodging facilities which is good business stay. No worries all food available nearby. Price good, comfortable rooms with wifi.
