Nice stay with family and friends for 2 nights We have booked three room given one full two bed apartment on forth floor and one room in another adjoining apartment. So very comfortable and spacious for three families. We have been provided with split ac. Led tv. Hit and cold water attached toilet bathrooms all looks new and clean. And one apartment we have refrigerator iron ss cloth stand sofa set. Dinning table. Laopala crockery. Bowls plate spoons etc. and water RO. Jar. News paper. New Otis lift So for facilities I have given 5 stars. Well done. For value for money also five star as we got Very good deal from goibibo and no complaints in room facilities or cleanliness. As for location its 10 km away from pune station and no near market place in walking distance as all area is newly constructed. And one big open plot just in front of hotel apartments making place silent and no crowds. We are new to pune but ola and Uber helped us in all our travel needs. And its cheaper then auto for four persons. We have not seen any auto in that area. Maximum we have paid Rs 200 per ride. FOR A DISTANCE OF 10 KM. Staff very polite and well mannered and helpful also served us complimentary morning breakfast and tea. Also available whenever we have called them. Area of hotel is new developing area and good for relaxation as very nice climatic condition at the time of our stay. We felt like we stayed at Lonavala as cool breeze air comes all day and night in hall area on our stayed fourth floor. Over all we recommend to everyone for whom distance doesn't matter. AND our review is informative and not critical As peace and satisfaction rest in our mind. What you want you will get.

Umesh is a very helpful guy.. I have been to this place 3 times now.. whatever u ask for .. he gets it.. be it even in midnight. he wakes up n helps. Rooms are very good.. it's a service apartment.. so it has luxurious sofa and a nice Balcony as well.. u also get breakfast. Overall I love this place & would recommend to everyone who's looking for a good place in a reasonable budget!

This place is good to stay if someone is just looking for accomodation. The room and the bed are good. Being service apartment please it would be wrong to expect services like hotel like food & room service, etc

it was really wonderful experience staying here, you get all the privacy, clean rooms, with all the facilities. I shall always prefer destination 41 whenever planning again for pune.
