I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel, 1st they provided a dirty bedroom which is under construction, 2nd bedsheets were torn, 3rd pillow was dirty, 4th Bathroom tap and shower was working simultaneously, dirty washbasin and toilets, 5th AC remote was not working properly, 6th set top box was missing while asking they said we are sending but no one came, 7th we asked to change the room they said it's the last one. pathetic answers from the hoteliers and workers not in the dressess, second day of check out they said we can change your room now.. what is the purpose of changing when we are checking out? worst stay ever I had, it was 12 pm when check in did not had other options otherwise I would have booked another hotel.I will recommend asking them the room number and floor before you stay. it should not be 3rd floor and 303 atleast. about other room idk.pictures are taken from very first day when it was constructed don't go on them to stay.

Toiletries missing, Water is logged, No water availability, Flush is not working, Insects & cockroaches, Bath related issues Common areas like reception, lobby not sanitised, Rooms/Washrooms not disinfected before check-in, Hand sanitizers not available in common areas, Housekeeping did not wash hands before cleaning Dirty bedsheet/blanket/pillows, Bed bugs, insects or cockroaches, Water dripping from ceiling, Kitchen not available, Room category not as expected Geyser not working Unavailability of safe drinking water, Not even a single bottle on check, that too is chargeable . Meal was not provided.

WORST experience i ever had with this stay.... cockroaches were scrolling in all over room even on a bed and at the time of sleeping they were scrolling on us... after ordering food they took more than 50 minutes... a very bad smell coming from bed sheets... towels are torn... not recommended

Worst experience. Rooms are badly maintained and unhygienic. Bathroom is always leaking and smelly. One room out of the two we booked was full of cockroaches. Though they changed the room but the all rooms are in a very bad condition. Would definitely advice not to go for this hotel

it's the best hotel at an affordable price, the staff was kind and the room service was very good, also the rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom is also very clean. everything is just nice about this hotel there was no disturbance, and very safe

There was no soap and not maintained hygiene in room. Bed-sheet was lil bit dirty and they doesn't provide any kettle in room in winter that was the disgusting part. And the most important thing only one towel provided by them and it was torn.

WORST STAY OF MY LIFE.....ROOM WAS GOOD..staff was good..BUT THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE CLIENTS.RAAT KO 3 bje tak itna jyada shor sharab hota rha Knocking at door at 2 again nd again SO THAT'S WHY IT WAS WORST...Not GOOD FOR COUPLES

The hotel is situated at the roadside hence making it easy to roam around using cab and personal vehicle with a car parking situated in fromt of the hotel. The hotel is clean and safe.Rooms are good but the room service is pathetic.

Staff is unaware about room cleanliness and failed in providing basic necessasities like towel, soap, drinking water, TV Remote, AC Remote. etc which are the bare minimum requirements of a guest.

The rooms were very clean and proper sanitation was maintained , the staff was well behaved and cooperative The rooms were quite spacious and pretty nice considering the price point

It is an economic place. A few suggestions for maintenance could be added. But to be honest, the guys at the hotel were too cooperative. We got our dinner served at 12.00am.

Pathetic. Would not recommed for people travelling with family. Room stinks with cigeratte smoke. Washroom are dirty and full of leakage. Bedsheets are dirty.
