Devansh Bhanu Residency DBR | Rooms & Cafe

I stayed in this hotel for the second time within a year, I got the consistent experience. Hotel was very near to the temple (1 min walk). Rooms are spacious and decent, especially hygiene. AC is in good working condition. Beds are decent and can accomodate 2 adults with a kid (> 8 years). Washrooms are decent, warm water is available (not sure about entire day though). Hotel rooms got good ventilation as well. DBR got good parking space too. Food is not available in-house as their restaurant is closed, but staff members arrange food from outside. Every member of the staff are very cordial and supportive. Staff team guide us with appropriate details of the temple. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone especially for those who are visiting the temple with family. Few recommendations for the hotel: 1. Provide safety locks for store valuables 2. I believe instead of INR 2000 for deluxe room (double occupancy), it would be nice to have it for INR 1600 - 1700 per day.

lodge is very close to gate 4 and convenient and parking space is adequate. there is no in-house resturant and if you order food they will get parcel from near by places (which is not good though). consider this only for stay and for food please look somewhere else. we tried it in MGM and it was close to Bangalore style and was good. Bathrooms are ok and had couple of issues (water is very slow and no hot water) only warm water. Also no water in early morn around 4-5. rooms were clean however we noticed one cockroach and few bed bugs and due to which I got bites and alergic bumps. Staffs were friendly and met person who knew kannada. it was okiesh

good points: 1. The rooms are very fine and clean. 2. we took a triple bedroom for 4 people we got a extra bed witout any extra fee. 3. parking is the best in this hotel. 4. the receptionist and other service people are very resposive and work quickly. 5. The hotel is very near to 4th gate of the kalahasti temple just 400 meters. 6. There are many restaurents to have food just neaby. 7. hot water is available 24×7. points to improve: 1. There is restaurent in the groud floor which is owned by the hotel it's closed still need to reopen it. This is not much of a issue as you many other options.

Very convenient as the facility is near to the temple. Rest room was decent and clean. Need improvement in cleaning the room before accepting new guests. There was a bundle of hair roaming inside the room when we checked in. Room service was not there on a Sunday evening.
