Hotel Devdar Resort

Overall, It was the Good Experience as Devdar Resort is having Amazing Location, Quality in everything to Deliver a Amazing Experience to the Guests. We have described below Pros and few Cons on which this Devdar Resort have to work on. Pros:1. Great Location2. Great Staffs 3. Great Rooms4. Great Food Quality5. Great Hospitality6. Great behavior of all staffs7. Easily Reachable8. Great Relaxing Views9. Safe Large Parking10. Great Taste of All Dishes Except Few.Cons:1. No Water Re-Fill Facility/Service Available in the Midnight in case of Emergency - What we faced, Room Service Boy Taken away 2 Water Filled Jugs while Collection of Utensils around 11 pm and We faced Massive Problem in Arranging Water in the Mid-Night. No Service Boy was there in the midnight and Manager was Sleeping as well. We Managed the Water in the Midnight Very Difficulty. Midnight water re-filling facility and ek emergency contact service should be available in the midnight in case of emergencies for the Guests. Agar Raat ko Kisi ke Room me Paani Khatam ho Jaaye toh kitchen ke bahar NO ENTRY Likhke laga rakha hai aur Water ka Koi Provision Bahar Diya Nahi Hua hai. Staffs were all slept and nobody was in the condition to answer our request including the manager. We waited 1.5 hour in the midnight to Answer the 9 Number on Telephone and Instead, Checked every corner. Major Issue.2. They Force Early Check-outs - As per the Policy the Checkout time is 12:00 pm, Their Service Boy came and asked us on 9:55 am to Release the Room, he said "sir dusri party aa gayi hai woh wait kar rahe hain".. Toh if you are coming to Devdar Resort Consider your Room Time for around 21:55 i.e 21 hours 55 minutes. Mera Recommendation Rahega ki Let the Guests Stay for the time period they paid for. Atleast 11 Am se Pehle aapko Checkout ke liye Approach Karne ka Koi Adhikaar Nahi Hai. 2nd Major Issue.3. No Adequate TV Channels in their Television - Despite of a Popular Resort in Khanyara, It was just 1 Rupees channel We requested them to Add 1 Channel: Hungama TV Several times during our Stay, but everytime when we say, their service boy came, Acted to switch the channels & to grab the channel and Channel was not subscribed during our entire stay. Manager ko bhi baar baar bol diya aapke service boy ko bhi multiple times bol diya ek toh Aapne Airtel TV me Popular Channels Nahi Subsribe kiye Huye Kam se Kam Kids ki Requirements/Kids ke Channels to subscribe karein. Ek channel subscribe during our entire stay Nahi hua. Be Very Particular, Straight-Forward and Thorough - Aapne Channel subscribe nahi karna toh seedha kahein ki nahi karna but yeh Room me Channels Again and Again switch karna channel no. note karna aur fir Subscribe na karna this is not a Good thing.5. Chicken was Not Marinated At All and Its Gravy was not Chicken Curry Gravy.Great Experience Prominently in Day-Time.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. room was fantastic food was very delicious balcony view was beautiful
