1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a horrible experience. The room lacked basic amenities, including: - Non-functional intercom to connect with reception - No AC control - Dirty conditions - No hot water Despite booking for two adults and one child, we were only provided with one towel. The room was infested with cockroaches, and the bed was uncomfortable with hard springs that bounced badly. To make matters worse, the hotel provided no service whatsoever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay.

Hotel team didn't respond with good manners due to booking. Reception people not responding during night hours. 3 person booking only 2 bed room provided. Only one bottle drinking water provided 3 person staying. Very very worst service and support.

Very Bad experience with the room air conditioner (A/c) paid for. paid for executive room with AC., but need to relax and sleep with fan. as ac air flow is only like a fan.

fantastic hotel with budget friendly. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom is also very clean. Front office staff very polite informative. Totaly very satisfied

I stayed here for one day.The quality of the hotel is going down.Only light refreshments are served .The standards should be raised in the coming days.
