So the staff is very courteous and excellent at service but all of us who had dinner from the hotel fell ill with stomach pain and motions same day. even my 4 year kid ended up vomiting while sleeping. then the room has poor wifi signal and even there is no ac or cieling fan. next day at the time of check out they still charged for the food despite of so many troubles we faced and on top asked for 1500 INR for the bed sheet which got spilled due to vomit. i could not sleep whole night as my son was not well and top of that no ac or cieling fan and it was hot. i am sure that i wont pay that much next time for these kind of services and hotels.

waoooooo just amazing the room was just mind blowing and quality of the services they provide me was just amazing. The view is just awesome i had never seen hotel like this ever before though i use to travel a lot it is best hotel i had ever seen, front office handling was very good and the room was having wooden flooring just amazing in himachal you see very few hotels who are having wooden flooring . The food is very awesome and they are also having lift in the hotel from my side this hotel is the awesome hotel...........

Room was nice decorated and Interior is newly created, but Hotel staff is unaware about the aminitites they have promised , room heater was not present in the room ..after so much argument they provided Room Heater. Gyeser was not working, some time it heats water and sometime not..so we faced many problems. Only Good thing about this hotel is it has very beautiful Mountain view balcony. Its really amazing.

It is the best hotel in the town.The staff is very good and they are very polite and the handing was amzing. The food is very very amazing, the quality and the quatity of the food was the best and They also provide a very safe car parking and the view from the balcony is just amazing and the room is very good.It was my best stay ever I just love it.....

hotel location is approachable...view from the hotel is amazing....staff is very courteous....room service is really quick....rooms are clean and spacious....I was here with my family for two days and we had a really pleasant stay here....food quality is also good...quite homely food...I would really recommend this place for a pleasant stay...

It was a good experience to stay in hotel dewan palace .. The hotel is in main kotwali. The staff is really good. I have booked the non ac room but they switch the room with ac. The view from the room is amazing.
