The basic hygiene of the room was pathetic. The bathroom including drains, wash basin, WC were not at all clean and cob webs were also visible on the ceiling. The bed room and bathroom were fully infested with Mosquitos which made our night sleepless.. Even after informing the concerned management the response in this regard was poor. we are totally unsatisfied with the accommodation. Basic hygiene of the room

Nestled in nature with a tea garden in the backyard, and hardly 2 kms from Kohora gate of Kaziranga and the Orchid Garden, this place is an absolute gem to stay at. The food could have been better, but apart from this part, the cleanliness, hygiene, tastefully curated gardens, behaviour of the staff and everything else is worth the stay!

Not required Property is very nice but facilities are not as pwr standard. Staff are not very supportive specially the Reception Manager. No basic amenities for toilets. If u want to visit Dhanshree take your own Slipper, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap , shampoo etc. They gove only bed to stay with roof.

Everything is so green and natural. Excellent settings to refresh your mind and get relaxed. Cordial staff, service was good too. Only complain I have is related to breakfast as they dont have anything other Puri Sabzi for breakfast. I unwinded quite well here and enjoyed my stay amidst the nature

Great location and property. Absolutely zero on customer service and communication. Within the 2 days of stay, we had multiple instances of lack of communication and zero customer service from the hotel starting from the point of check-in to safaris and stay.

excellent resort near kohora gate. well maintained and have excellent landscape inside the resort. one will also enjoy roaming inside the resort during free time. food was good and at a reasonable price. it was worth staying here!

It is a huge property and unlike other resorts in Kaziranga, it is not noisy. The accommodations are well maintained & cleaned. Food is great and staff are courteous and always available for guests.
