Ds Casa- A Unique Spanish Boutique House

My parents & I traveled for the 1st time to Dharamshala, and after much research, we booked ourselves at D'S Casa in Mcleodganj. This hotel is just like 'Home away from Home'. WE had a comfortable stay and the Managers, Mr. Zulphi and Mr. Gautam, along with the entire hotel and restaurant staff took great care of all our needs. They were so kind to help us out around town, with taxi and auto requirements, etc. The food at the hotel is so good, that one doesn't need to go out to experiment. The food is freshly made to order, and we couldn't ask for more. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and the hotel being just walking distance to the market, with just the right blend of peace one needs to be away from the noise, makes it a place to come back to over and over. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious, It's a very positive place. We will surely stay at D's Casa, every time we visit Dharamshala! We thank the staff there for gifting us such a good hospitality, that has stayed with us in our hearts!

The hotel was cozy and beautiful. The rooms were very spacious, lovely with perfectly cleaned amenities. They take all measures related to Covid and ensure everything is sanitised even your washroom. The washrooms were absolutely clean and we didn't have any problems. The hotel staff is very polite and cooperative, they take care of every small thing. Our TV was not recharged so when we told them they instantly recharged it with all channels, this is how much they care about guests!! The restaurant is slightly small, but the food is tasty so you could order in and enjoy in your own room. If you're going for a view, go for higher floors but if you want to go & chill, that shouldn't be an issue.

Its a nice little hotel, it has about 13 rooms, I suppose decent in size given that it is in McLeod ganj. The accessibility to the hotel could be a problem, because it is located in a one way . We traveled in 12 seater tempo traveller and experienced slight discomfort because of that. Otherwise it is located very close to the main market , and is at walkable distance from all the good restaurants. The rooms are tidy and nice, the staff is courteous and very warm. They served us even after the kitchen was closed, thus going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Apart from the accessibility issue everything else was fine. Pleased with my stay in D's casa.

As mentioned above this hotel is excellent in all manners. This hotel is a new, all amenities and and well maintained.Location wise neither it is inside market nor very far from market. Service wise excellent behavior by every person, from front desk to other servicing people. Food wise, breakfast, lunch or dinner everything we always got fresh cooked. With competitive charges I got pick up from Pathankot and drop to Amritsar.
