I stayed at the Dandeli Lodge with a few friends for a night. The stay was fairly comfortable, for the price I paid must admit was a good deal. A quick review that should help fellow travellers Location - 3/5 The lodge is bang opposite the bus stand and well situated within Dandeli Town. If you are looking for a campsite or jungle stay then this is not for you. Being in town has its advantages though as proximity to transport, eateries and other facilities is big plus Rooms - 3/5 Fairly basic rooms, they have double bed and one 4 bed room. They were clean and toilets OK as well. We were there in peak monsoon so you feel a bit damp but then you are in a jungle and this year has seen crazy rains Service 3/5 Warm and hospitable staff. They don't have much to offer though as there is no restaurant or room service Cost - 4/5 Prices range between ₹ 1000 to ₹1500. Its is decent price for a night's sleep Overall, if you need a place to sleep for the night then do consider

Dandeli lodge is located in Dandeli town, opposite to bus stand and near to Disney Park. Owner, staff are very helpful. They helped us so much to plan my trip. This lodge is very economical, clean and newly renovated. Beds are good, room is little bit small but manageable. You can find everything you need near to this lodge as this is at prime location. This is in town not in jungle like other resort, home stay available in dandeli. I will recommend this lodge if you want to save money on dandeli trip. Near lodge there is paper mill, so we experienced bad odor some time coming from paper mill.

As I could find mentioned in a few previous reviews here, I totally recommend this as a an affordable place to stay near Dandeli. The room was spacious and decent for 3 people, basic furniture, bathroom was decent and hygienic. Altogether, for the price (I paid **/ 3 adults), the place is worth every penny. Although this place is located ideally opposite to the new bus stand (not the old bus stand), if you intend to take an early morning safari at the national park, there's an 11km drive that you'll have to take to the park from the hotel...

Lodge was nicely maintained. It is just 100 Mtrs. away from bus stand. Staff was very supportive. Only thing which I need to highlight to lodge owner is that please remove plastic cover from mattress. During entire night, we were uncomfortable because due to that plastic cover, our back were sweating badly and it was creating heat too due to body temperature.

From outside the property looks bad but when we entered the it was good. There was no restaurant for in house dining. The hotel owner was helpful enough to manage our services and stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. They didn't provided internet facility but it was safe to stay security wise.

I stayed here for 1 night and that proved to be a costly mistake. The rooms have no windows and are very very small. The staircase is narrow and dark. They don't even provide drinking water in the room. Towels/soaps provided only when asked for. Lodges like this cost 500/600 in other areas but this guy has the audacity to charge 1000 Rs. per night.

Property was located near by the bus stand. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Room was clean and as per the price it was reasonable. Services were managed by the hotel owner and no time there for boundaries going out and coming back.

Property location just opposite to main bus stand. In house restaurant was not there but they can bring food on order from outside. Owner was managing the services and there was time limitation of 14:00 PM to 24:00 PM in the night.

It's good stay in budget and near to busstand so that we can go to places from RTC those people don't have own vehicles Hostel is comfortable neat washrooms and reception uncle is good guided buses timings and ways to see places

An average experience. The staff responsiveness is very poor. There were ants on my bed and on my clothes. Shabbily maintained rooms. Location is good just opposite bus depot and have everything in vicinity .
