Not worth it Jacuzzi and swimming pool were mentioned as few of hotel amenities. When we asked to use Jacuzzi, they said hot water is not available and Jacuzzi can be used with cold water. Seriously? Bathroom was totally uncomfortable and cold. There was no bathtub. Floor was always cold. Air conditioner was not enough for the room's size. Totally not worth the heavy price. There were no other amenities.

WRONG LOCATION!!!! The hotel's location shown on google is not right, it is located about one hour away from main Kasol. They don't even update their wrong location even after knowing that customers complain. The staff there is helpless and have no sense of hospitality. The basic room category has no view , there is just stone wall if you are looking for the view. NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY !!

The property is in bhuntar not in kasol . Its 1 hr drive from bhuntar to kasol. When you'll book the property the hotel staff will contact you personally with a sorry message that google Maps is showing the wrong location and they will send you the real location. Please beware of these as they charged a tariff of kasol but property is in bhuntar .
