Hotel was good but room service and staff cooperation was not so good.
the doors don't lock well .. taps had issues .. there is no room service . They don't accept any cards only cash .

As a hotel policy, we DON'T have Room Service in the resort and Havelock being a remote island, we don't have advanced banking facilities for using Credit/Debit Cards, therefore we request the guests to make cash transactions. Your feedback helps us in improving our product and services. We have been keeping pace with the changing trends in terms of facilities and amenities offered at the hotel. There is a great focus on regular up-keep and maintenance of the hotel. Very ordinary room and bathroom in standard hut room, room size ok but rooms lacked even basic furniture, very small tv as per room size, no phone to call reception, very overly priced tariff, breakfa+ More
