Awesome place . food quality is pretty Good.It's very nice and good invironment inside hotel. Overall greate experience. Lovely ambiance and service, well maintained and humble staffs. Enjoyed comfortable stay with delicious food. Would recommend the property to everyone.

Wiring popping out from the ceiling, room feels like it's still under construction, AC not working, requested to change the room but they didn't. Only good thing about this hotel is it's food. Rest, fully dissatisfied(amenities, service,etc.)

hotel emerald is an excellent hotel to stay in aizwal. good location. staffs are loyal and cooperative. rooms are neatly maintained. foods are good. next visit to aizwal surely stay in emerald.

A new Hotel and good rooms and service. Some tething issues are there which needs to be sorted out like no hooks in the washroom to hang towel,clothes etc.Also design of the wardrobe is wrong.

Awesome stay. Staff behaviour was so good. Clean and Hygienic, Tasty food. Just one problem with Hot and Cold water in the bathroom.
