Please do not take the ball in your favor.you may asked your manager what he did truely.he did not wish to give hive a good room.I booked two rooms 3months ago.but when we reached we saw the alloted t+ More
Mr. Sibasankar Das, please do not misinform other guests. You know very well the resort does not own any boat. You only asked us to book a boat. We do not force anyone to book a boat from us. We can book one of such boats which has got licence from Forest Department. So, it is not a choice.....And, how you found it unsafe? Every year thousands of people visit Bhitarkanika and not a single untoward incident has happened with or by any boat. Please, do not say about rates just inquiring at Government counter. Inquire how much they charge for overnight visit to Habalikuti, where you actually visited. Yes, you visited Habalikuti and not for Bhitarkanika usual sightseeing. Go by one of those boats once and see how much you end up paying. You can make a comment only then. And, did you see the crowd? You got a boat was enough. You had booked two rooms. But you changed the room once you reached here. Was it not promptly done? You asked for Chicken and other items to be made in specific way and be served in your room. Was it not promptly done? Just because you did not like paying for services you took and you have freedom to write anything, you misused the platform to malign us. This is far from being a nice gesture. You can always criticise our services based on merit. Many guests have complained of many things in the past and will do so in future too. They are welcome. We strive to address all complaints to the best of our capabilities. But calling us criminal like and black mailers is just an attempt to malign us and disgusting, and that too for services which we provided you on request only.
