very disappointed experience regarding this hotel booking. I have paid extra Rs. 2000 for room after the full payment done. rooms are not clean, bathroom, room floor curtains, bed everything is dirty, there are lots of mosquito in the room, that's why we used mosquito coil in the room by our own cost, geyser is available in the bathroom but the geyser not working, there are no house cleaning available in this hotel. very very disappointed experience with this hotel.

I love to stay in this hotel because I have got positive feedback from by colugues. I had choosen through Goibo and I have paid the full amount with GST. But suddenly Goibo called me and applogies me after cancelling my choiceable hotel. They have refunded my money after 4 days but it is not sure if you book a hotel through Goibo it may cancel by them suddenly. So be careful. I cannot say much because I cannot

Rooms provided by the hotel was not good. When I asked the reason, then they replied saying that the rate at which I had booked the room at *** was not the rate at which they usually provide the customers. Suppose for an X Room - they charge Rs. **a direct customer. Now, if I book a same room at **for Rs. ** , I will not get that same room, as hotel will not do a loss business. DONE....

- Construction work going on Hotel, way to reception is very dangerous, you can be injured any time - Room booked and provided room is different - No break fast option - AC available on request - You have to call reception every time before bath for geyser connection - No lights in corridor and stairs at evening

No blanket is provided. There were lot of mosquitos inside the room at night. Receptionist kept my aadhar card over night. I don't understand why she did it. Overall my experience is worst.

Entrance to the hotel is very bad, room is not properly coloured. Room and toilet accessories maintenance not good. Services of manager and other staff of course very good.
