review of fabexpress black diamond, zirakpuri had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at fabexpress black diamond in zirakpur. on the first day, i was given a room that was utterly unfit for occupancy. the room had no ventilation, no phone, a dirty bedsheet, a stinky washroom, and cockroaches crawling everywhere—even on the bed and inside the cupboard. to make matters worse, flies (makhhi) were swarming throughout the room.despite noticing that many other rooms were vacant, i requested to be shifted to a cleaner room. however, the staff outright denied my request, stating that since i had booked the lowest rate room, they couldn’t upgrade me. after persistent complaints, they reluctantly shifted me to another room, but the new room was equally bad. the same issues persisted—lack of cleanliness, no soundproofing, and poor privacy. i could hear conversations and phone calls from neighboring rooms as if they were happening in my own room.however, this experience was far from acceptable. such poorly maintained properties should not be allowed. it was a complete letdown, and i strongly urge fabexpress to take action and ensure better quality control for their listed accommodations. avoid this property at all costs!

Worst experience at hotelReceptionist at hotel first didn't agreed about out booking for about an hour and after we made him talk with customer support team he didn't gave us the room we booked for.He was giving us degraded room and many rooms very empty then too.TBen talking very rudely with us and telling us to cancel the booking.Very much bad experience

The room could not be locked properly, there were no towels or soap provided, the sheets and pillows had spots all over themthe fan had space which was a see through from the floor above us.over all ut was not at all a good experience, and would never want to go back there

the hotel is located on rajpura highway.. nd hotel was having minimum parking due to bank.. stayed in family room nd it is enough fr 4 person.. cleanliness was good
