I booked this hotel and when we arrived at the location, they denied room abd asked us to switch to some other hotel named Church Gate. Being a female, I felt uncomfortable to switch to some other hotel while my entered location was this hotel. I had paid the amount in full and they denied returning the payment saying that the app confirmed the booking when there were no rooms available. So, now i want to claim my full refund They denied to refund the amount when there were no rooms available

No ventilation in the washroom. No floor mate outside washroom door. Mouse running here and there in the room I stayed. Air Condition malfunction. Receptionist behavior not that polite as expected in hospitality business.

Experience is very Bad . staff said we have in house kitchen . But they will bring food from outside & They will provide proper bills . Room booked by me was with breakfast but in Morning they denied for Breakfast .
