earlier day I had done booking they confirmed room is available for early check in at 7 am for 300 rs which I agreed, next day when I arrived they were telling all rooms are full, I was on the road for 2 hours and despite that at checkin time they were enough to take 300 which my booking told not to pay but receptionist started arguing, the owner of the hotel was shouting me on the call as if it was my mistake when he himself agreeed room are available for early check in, they don’t know how to deal with customers, avoid this place, just finiding ways to make money and are very rude with customers.Also I prebooked breakfast paying extra, but no breakfast was available at the hotel, they were asking me to order.About the rooms: they are filled with dirt, stains over bed sheets and rusted things. One lady who does cleaning splashes water in the whole washroom and leaves. Highly recommend to avoid this place, these guys give you multiple reasons where you end up paying more and have a terrible experience.

hotel is booked for a lady. without any confirmation from hotel you demanded money. at this time single lady how she will do.

better FAB group check the hotel before tie-up. even for breakfast we need to call FAB helpline

The overall stay was good, But cleanliness and water logging in the bathroom is the issue.
