WORST HOTEL STAY EVER !!! Don't book this hotel in Hyderabad at all. They are not at all bothered about customer service. No proper staffing. Rude and unbothered staff. No kitchen or restaurant to provide food. No security even at night.. I arrived late at night as my flight got delayed. Was waiting outside the gate to enter the hotel at Midnight. There was no watchman/security. No contact no of the hotel anywhere to get help. It took 45 mins to reach out to them through Goibibo customer service after which the recetion person said he will come down in 10 mins to open the gate. My stay was with breakfast and they have no kitchen, no restaurant in the hotel. After complaining again and 1 plus hour wait he got me roadside wada packed in news paper. Please save yourself mysery of a terrible experience and never ever book this hotel.
