FabHotel Maa Gayatri Sadan - Nr. Pram Mandir / Shree Banke Bihari Temple

I recently stayed at and my experience was far from what I expected. The room I was shown during booking was completely different from the one I was given. The actual room was much smaller, poorly maintained, and lacked several of the amenities that were promised.Additionally, the service was terrible. The staff was unhelpful and did not address my concerns, even after I brought the issue to their attention. In the name of the fab hotel they are not giving same services Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. I would suggest management focus on delivering what they advertise and improving their customer service.

There was no hotel services. We needed to get water for us by ourselves. There was no ventilation in the room, which they say, is their Deluxe room. As of Deluxe room, the room was very small, there was no gap to even walk around the bed, to reach the table or so. There is just a small exhaust fan in the bathroom which we had to keep open throughout our stay to let the room ventilated. The room was available for half the price there, which cost us 6000/- for two days. Indeed this was not at all a great experience for us.

i don't have any photo but the air conditioner was not working in the hotel, when i asked, i got the reply that its connection has been cut due to cold and the gas heater was also not working during morning time and when it used to work there was no water in the tank, there was a television in the room but there was no remote to switch it on. very unexperienced staff.

Rooms are in Home Stay not a feel like Hotel as mentioned while booking.not maintained well 😕 😔 No Water bottle while check in as usual complementary,no proper Parking Space 😑 Not Recommend , May be its high price due to nearby to Temple for Home stay.
