First of all they denied my booking although I had booked hotel a day ago and prepaid my rent. After much hassle and telling them that i have paid the booking price in advance again and again the suddenly agreed that yes you have booking with us, there must be some glitch in system. Rooms were very dirty with cockroaches and flies and staff were very unhygienic and not trained. Faucets and showers were broken in both rooms and toilet seat in 1 room was broken.

The hotel is good and clean. Location is near the outstation bus services. All the staff members of the hotel are good. I had dealings with rohit sharma and another person in eye glasses at the reception (Sorry I do not know his name). All two were polite, helpful, and forthcoming in info. Professional staff. They arrange everything for your comfortable stay. Breakfast served varied and good. Enjoyed my stay. Recommended hotel.

We stayed at FabHotel Kesar as a family and found it to be a good budget-friendly option. The rooms were clean and had all the basics like AC, hot water, and a TV with cable. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast, which included South Indian dish and tea/coffee, was simple but filling. The staff was helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable. Would recommend for families looking for affordable accommodation.

please please don't stay here totally unexpected the staff behaviour behaviour that person with a turben was so so rude that I got off the room after 5 mins of check in I just told him I don't want to stay here due to the rude behaviour u showed and he just started shouting that ok you can go get out .. this was the worst experience of my life

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests.

Hotel was good. They cleaned rooms before checkin. Staff also allowed us to check in early by 40 minutes. Hotel staff was very helpful. We loved our stay. We booked 2 rooms and they were kind enough to provide all amenities. Also after check out they offer us room to freshen up. Loved it.

very pathetic stay at this hotel, toilet sheet damaged, bathroom leakage, dirty bedsheet,TV are not working. a cup of tea charges 40 rs which is not worthfull of even 5 rs,
