My one-night stay was one of the most terrible and worst experiences I've ever had. I reserved a premium suit on Oct-2024. And, since the beginning, the receptionists, particularly the host, have been disrespectful. Despite the fact that I had booked a premium suite, they oddly assigned me a deluxe category room. As soon as I learned about it, I addressed the host about why they assigned me a lower category room and asked him to upgrade my room immediately. To my surprise, instead of admitting their error, the receptionist informed me that we don't have any rooms available right now, therefore we won't alter your accommodation. You can do whatever you want now. They wrecked my entire Kolkata trip

reducing one star because of unavailability of restaurant at the property and slow room service. nevertheless a good property and well located. good for a short stay with family. reducing another star as the hotel requires some maintenance along with cleanliness along the staircases and corridors and in the corners of room.

Good hotel to stay near park circus area . Better experience, the ambience is great and also the food is also good in taste , we ordered Manchurian and paneer along with rice and dal makhani the combination was perfect with salad .The location is also very prime . Excellent service with the price offered.

It was the worst stay ever. The staff were very rude. Unresponsive. Didnt expect this from fab hotels. The guy named saurav behaved with us very rudely. And they took 1500 rupees for early check in and that too didnt gave the receipt for the payment. Wont be staying in fab hotel for near future.

The premium room which i have booked but they gave different room. Average hygienic condition. Room service also an average. Need to call multiple times to reception for water bottle. Overall average experience.
