If at all there was a 0 star I would have given it to the hotel and its both the branches, I had a stay with Blue and yellow both of the branches and experience was just like a normal 1 star hotel. Staff is amateur and probably not trained. Breakfast is charged is pathetic. TRUST ME it is pathetic. Tea was worst, Poha had no taste and sambhar had chana ki daal in it. However food ordered during day and night was good. It means there is cost cutting done on free breakfast. Please start charging people for breakfast. today all wants to have good breakfast and NOT free breakfast. Everything except lunch and dinner

disgusting hotel don't be fooled with pictures staff is third class no hospitality and very dirty uncleaned rooms they had made me waiting for 3 hours to check in whereas I had to just stay for few hours and I requested that I need to leave early and not even staying for night but they are so admant and arrogant I ll never suggest just to get towel they took 2 hours that too after calling 3 times. Very bad experience

Wrost food, wrost hospitality and most arrogant receptionist ever had!suchan ill mannered staff shouldn’t be hired. The rooms were so pathetic. Even the washrooms jet spray and flush wasn’t working. The door was slightest open. It wasn’t even closing properly. The AC wasn’t working. We hated it. It was the worst day we ever had any ambience or premises. No thanks

1. Cleanliness is concern there , Beddings - Dirty, Bedsheets - Torn, Rooms - Smelly, Tiles - Broken, Washroom Fittings - Rusted 2. Food Quality is very Good but Portion for single person is extra - Wastage of food due to that- They should serve quarter / half portions also 3. Address of property on google map is hard to find

I was totally not satisfied with the property. The linen provided by the property are not up to the standard and moreover they have charged me Rs.700 towards the stain on the bed sheet. This is totally not acceptable.

I wish the towels and bedsheet and blanket were a bit cleaner. The fridge didnt work. The flush made a noise which spread throughout the room.
