I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, although I had originally booked and paid for 3 nights. Due to an urgent office commitment, I had to check out a day earlier, but the reception couldn’t accommodate my request to adjust the booking. The staff was polite and helpful, but I did notice small cockroaches in the room, including on the pillow, which affected my comfort. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 stars — mainly because of the cleanliness issue and the inability to modify my stay, even though I stayed 2 nights but paid for 3.

The staff was very cooperative.They didn't provide the Fab standard toiletries.They said that if u made reservation through Fab web then only we provide this facilities.I got call from Fab and they confirmed we provide this facilities to all of our customers. On request staff changed the bedsheet and pillow cover as there were lots of hairs on it. The bathroom was not properly cleaned as some cigarette residue was on the bathroom floor.2 star only for the staff.

Good hotel. Very attentive staff. Had all the basic amenities listed in the booking. However, they need to work on the WiFi coverage. Walking distance from Bhopal junction platform no. 6 exit. You will hear the train whistles and platform announcements depending upon which room they provide you.

The Room is good and clean. The bathroom in the room is also good & clean and the people working in the hotel are cooperative. You can consider staying in this hotel as it is near Bhopal station. Other restaurants are also nearby walking distance..
