FabHotel Spring inn - Nr Borivali Station

Excellent service. At the end hotel didn't charge extra however during whole stay it was lot of confusion about member count of booking and due to that a bit stress and painful stay as no proper support from Fabhotel and Goibibo. During checkin they had 2 adult (with no child or other things mentioned) counts of checking however I had made booking for 2 adults + 1 child with proper right age mentioned. I showed them goibibo ticket also. I stayed for 3 nights with breakfast + dinner included. Everytime I had to remind them that we booked for 3 people and serve dinner and breakfast for 3 people. Here Fabhotel customer support and Goibibo both failed to help and kept on repeating their own words that you will have to pay for 3rd person. The question is simple - if I am mentioning all details at the time of booking why you are not forwarding all detals to hotel? And to my shock, Goibibo customer support told that 12+ years of kid is considered as Adult so you will have to pay 800 rs extra if hotel asks as it's policy. My question is when a customer is mentioning all the details at the time of booking and with same people only he is checking in then why there is diff coming at the hotel records & why Fab hotel and Goibibo customer support both are telling that the third person is not considered as booking. If I have to pay money at the hotel only then why I will book from Goibibo online fully? And when it's matter of money then you have to clearly mention and take at the time of booking only. Yes if I take other person with me than the no. mentioned in booking then I am supposed to pay extra. So crux of the talk: It's totally messed up with their backend system and customer support 100% not caring what customer is feeling and facing. Only because of good services & as they didn't demanded more, I am giving overall rating as 3 else I must have given them 0 or below that as it comes under "cheating" category as per me. Rather to investigate the matter and solve it, the support people kept on saying 3rd person's booking will be chargeable. Tell me how 12 years of old child comes under adult and if that comes under adult, please remove such field and make them as adult in system only. I am ready to pay at the time of booking but once booking is done, deal is done, how can you say this theory and ask for more? This is not a professional way of doing business. I am strongly not going to book fab hotel as it's lot of confusion. Also I would be looking for any alternate booking platform then Goibibo as they are not taking responsibility and not helping customer. Very painful and stressful situation created by their internal mis communication and wrong sytem implementation. And not ready to apply common sense when customer is informing them that it seems issue at their end. I would not recommend anybody to book fabhotel via goibibo as it's lot of confusion and they may get surprises like I faced. As they will not help. Fabhotel will tell to talk with Goibibo and Goibibo will tell talk to Fabhote. If both parties are involved they should solve the matter rather asking customer to resolve by his own. Worst experience of their support team and coz of this confusion & unclear situation.

As we were not staying overnight so no question of having breakfast, so I request to send two coffee instead of next days breakfast. Staff straight away refused. Water bottle when I demanded, staff delivered. Room seat cover was broken, please send any one of executive or arrange video call of room number 310. No hot water supply at all.At the corridor, lot of people standing and staring at guests. At least hotel should provide some petals of the flower to give warm welcome, just standing with bad attire and staring at guest is not at all acceptable. I will post this on Google as well.Linen quality was very poor. No hand towels. Small PC. of soap, but no soap stand. Room was not worth.

basic cleaning missing like washroom and clean bedsheets. bedsheets had stains n no dustbin provided unless asked. washroom dustbin was stinking with **** smell. They need address proof mandatory which is not informed at the time of booking. Also charge extra to serve outside food in room. room and location is good though.

Room condition was ok.But service is very poor.There was no proper amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sleepers, The added breakfast they gave was like jail food..I paid ₹400 more to include breakfast.. ₹50 like breakfast for priced room.It's not worth it any way.
