pros: 1. rooms are decently spacious 2. parking for vehicles 3. has a sitout beside the room with fans. can sit in the evenings post sunset but not during the day due to monkeys. 4. room service from restaurant is available but takes time. 5. weekend getaway from hyderabad. nearest option to medaram tribal temple. cons: 1.overpriced. 2. maintenance is poor 3. heavy monkey menace(they enter rooms from the windows by opening poorly closed latches by the cleaning staff and eat food). no effort from the hotel staff to keep them away. 4. pool is located in the centre of the rooms frontage. no privacy for women as everyone can stare. 5. parking doesn't have protection from the sun. the car gets fried. 6. staff is young and few and not groomed on hospitality manners. 7. limited food menu and food prices are high. even many of the menu items will not be available. 8. cheap toiletries and poor bathroom maintenance. 9. rude staff which insists on settling food bills immediately at the end of the day instead of during checkout which is the usual practice.
