Worst hotel experience in my life. Amneties showed so many things but hotel persons have refused for all those services. Neither they provided geyser service in the cold child weather nor they provided heater. And room service is poor. We asked to bring hot water and they said to fill it by yourself from dispenser. Why to pay so much when there is no service given. Pilgrims come on such places to have peaceful environment but these hotelier make all the mood go down. Not recommended to any pilgrims who are visiting badrinath temple

Room wasn't clean enough, foul smell and they keep insisting that it is the best room. don't know how other rooms might be. Geyser wasn't working, they blame it on electricity. but power indicator LED in geyser was working, anyhow heating isn't happening. The attender was very unprofessional, asking to pay him amount extra for good room without knowledge of managementNot a very clean place.very rude staff. but the worker boys were helpfulthe corridor reminds of some old government hospital. Never go with photos of property

first of all the hotel was closed so why did the hotel accept my booking. pathetic service no heater, no geyser, no complimentary breakfast was served. i was with my family and kids and had such a hard time. no i do not recommend this hotel to anyone we booked ss international but we were forced to stay here with no other options

The heater was not working at all,even though the temp was very cold outside. But we still had to pay for the heater according to number of days. The bed covers were not changed , it was dirty . The staff was listening to change it even after several reminders. Sufficient staff was not available
