It is a good hotel with good access. When we went to the hotel it was full as National ranking table tennis tournament was held in trivandrum.They gave classic room which was not at all preferable.When we requested to allocate Deluxe room as we booked, he later adjusted us in GM room and allotted Deluxe room next day Response from reception was good in this context.My advice to them is to follow the bookings strictly and not cause inconvenience to customers.On the whole stay was pleasant food was good prepared freshly on order.Deluxe room is really nice, well maintained.

This hotel was really worth the money paid. A budget hotel with modern amenities and standard facilities. AC, TV, WiFi.. all worked perfectly well. However I would have been more happy if a complementary Tea set (kettler and sugar, milk, Tea sachets) were given. It is located very near to Palayam & Bakery junction. There is a Bar Restaurant in the premises, hence it was a bit noisy around evenings... But no noises were felt inside rooms (felt only in lobby).. Parking facility was limited and could have been improved. It was a pleasant stay overall!

Location is good. calm area. Parking is available 24 hrs security will be there to assist in parking friendly staffs Small distance from Trivandrum Railway station and Bus stand. Can use auto service or even uber or ola cab also. Overall good for the price Enjoy and be free from all pressures

The Hotel staff were very cooperative and helpful. the stay was very comfortable. the toilets are near and clean. The hotel is situated just 2kms away from Swami padmanabha swamy temple... highly recommended for a comfortable and safe stay.

Brilliant stay ,. extremely courteous staff, even on a rush day, they helped me with early check-in. Cozy small rooms, spacious washroom, nice food(had only one day though),peaceful location so overall nice place to stay.
