HOTEL FORTUNE INN

Fortune Inn name feels as if you have booked a corporate Hotel. The Hotel is a new property, but works like a lodge despite offering Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner facilities during booking, services are very slow and hardly cleaning of rooms and linen is done, feels as if they just reuse same linen everytime , only good thing is they provided a clean towel and washroom was clean.No Water provided in the room generally any Hotel will provide water inside the guest room.Staff is there but every request they will take 15- 30 minutes.The Hotel owner is polite but needs to understand if they offer better and paying clientage they should offer Value to Customers booking online too.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went alone and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

the services are really very very bad, more over i have booked a super deluxe room and i was offered a deluxe room, the bedsheets, towels were not cleaned at all moreover for any requirement need to remind front office staff 4 to 5 times, the room is not suitable for family at all. traveler pls don't go by the photos, it really looks great in photos but the entrance is in a crowded galli and too much noise entire day

I booked super deluxe room but they provided me deluxe room. There were no dispenser for soap in washroom despite asking for it many times, they didn't provide it. Food is good, building is new but not maintained and staff is so irresponsive plus they want to charge you for each and every thing so if you want peaceful stay then better avoid it.
