Fortview Resort

Worst experience of my life. Literally worst.1 star is the least or else rating would have been in minus. I booked a room with queen size bed and checked in with wife and kid . Turns out i was the only one present in the entire resort. Liked the ambiance and location initially. First turn off was no valet parking but that's still OK. Room service was not up to the mark. Asked for some additional soap. Person never turned up. TV was not working . Kept reminding till evening. Shower was broken. Reported the same but no one turned up to fix it. Staff was least interested and it seemed like customer is a burden on them. Till here it was still OK. Worst part staff later in d evening. Electricity went off and was shifted to a tiny room. Room started leaking and water started coming from the large window..tiny room didn't even have a TV or a telephone to call room service or order something from restaurant. If you need to call room service, had to either walk up to reception or shout from the window. It was learned that a small diesel generated power for the only room with electricity. Needless to say the room was dirty and lurking with insects. Room service came and put in towels on the ground to cover up for leaked water. Came in to relaxed but ended up stressed. Even worse @2 am the small generator conked off. No phone so couldn't call. WiFi was as it is intermittent and i couldn't attend office related teams call on laptop and WiFi conked off with the generator as well. had to literally walk out with my cell phone torch on. Room service was fast asleep .had to find and wake him up .later the big generator was turned on after some time powering the rooms. When asked why was it not done earlier. Answer was, it is not done for one room. so much for the excellent customer service. Should have been an excellent opportunity to showcase your best by concentrating on the only guest in the facility. My entire family suffered. Literally felt like came in an old age FORT with no electricity from ancient times. If you really care about guests, that is not how you treat them. Hope this is taken notice off and as a lesson.

The staff is very rude, We went their as picnic with friends as we have girl with us the staff was not behaving good and we didn't enjoyed. We had checked in at 12:00pm and as soon as we realised that the service is very poor we left the hotel and checked out at 05:00pm. Worst food I ever eat.

I cancelled my stay immediately after reaching the hotel. This resort is deep within woods/jungle and has no network. it was so scary that we decided to cancel the booking and move out immediately. Hotel did not provided full refund as well. Staff was very rude and non cooperative.

I stayed at Fortview resort ,it was amazing experience ,my kid and family had enjoyed very much ,rooms are neat and clean , wonderful play area,adventure activities ,camel ride horse ride and many more.food was amazing and fresh ,we look forward to visit again .
