Hotel is new and quite clean. It is located in a comfortable location. There is no breakfast/ lunch/ dinner available at the hotel. However, the same can be bought from outside by the service boys if necessary. We faced problem with the kettle. Initially when we checked in there was no kettle at all in the room. After pointing it out, one kettle was brought from another room and provided. However, since we went out immediately, we did not use it. Next morning when we started it, burning smell came and the MCB of the room tripped. After informing the person at the reception, the MCB was reser again and the kettle was taken away from the room. After that they could not provide a replacement!!! The staff is well behaved.

this was a very bad experience 1 at reception the persons were unfriendly, harsh, and playing games in mobile2 ac was not working and when asked they even denied to change room and misbehaved3 room service was the worst the towels were very dirty 4 bed sheets very not changed and the odour in the room was very bad, we requested for room spray and they deniedi think this was the reason for this horrible experience

The room was good but there is no recharge on the TV and there is no wifi. After complaining to reception also they didn't recharge for wifi. I think these are basic amenities provided by the hotel. But they are neglecting the customers and not providing any solution. Meanwhile they are charging premier cost.
